Marktplatz Büro - eine Übersicht neuer Bürokonzeptionen

Bene legt in der Bürokonzeption neue Maßstäbe an. Im Verwaltungssitz der Credit Suisse in Zürich bekommt das Büroleben eine neue Dimension: Rund um einen "Marktplatz" gruppieren sich die Arbeitsplätze und definieren einen neuen Charakter für das Office.

Das Konzept besteht aus verschiedenen Elementen, die sich für verschiedene Arten des Arbeitens, Bespielens und des Entspannens anbieten.

 Bene Bürowelt
Single elements are positioned over the whole floor. In the middle area a larger formation forms the centre of the floor. The highest priority is the immediate accessibility for an intense use.
Think Tanks are also installed for higher concentration or confidential talks. Those are small secluded rooms which are perfect for some privacy time and still stay transparent.
The Brainstorming Circle is intended for holding quick meetings where formalities don’t play a significant role. There is a possibility to use the area opened or closed.
There is a large and vivid lounge area in the centre which is to be used during the pauses. One can meet here colleagues for a cup of coffee or informal talks.
On the outskirts of vivid spots there are free communication areas installed. They are outfitted the same as the lounge area and are specially attractive for the visitors.
The communication shouldn’t be intercepted but spreaded all over the floor. Meetings take place in rounded elements which still maintain contact to the outside area through semitransparent walls. They are easily integrated in the building’s patterns due to their form and arrange equivalent seats.
Wardrobe elements are also analogically designed. They are easy to find, well organized and don’t stay in the way. The consequent design characterizes the whole image of the office floor.
